Our client, a multi-disciplinary Consultancy, is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join them, based from their Milton Keynes office with WFH options due to continued growth with a strong pipeline of work in place. The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of all types of residential and commercial property to carry out building and measured surveys. The Senior Building Surveyor will also need knowledge of insurance works and completing expert witness reports.
Salary: £50k - £60k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate with experience)
Holiday: 25 days plus BH increasing with service
Pension: 7.5% employer contribution
37.5 hours per week
