This international firm is in growth mode. The firm has had a successful few years and has enjoyed significant growth over the last financial year.

To capitalise on their success, the leadership team are keen to continue to grow the firm in London through the hire of established partners who are able to bring work in the region of £600k+.

They are specifically interested to hear from partners with a leveraged finance focus who could port their business across to bolster the firm’s existing offering and continue to grow and develop the practice.

The finance team acts for banks, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies on a range of acquisition financings and lending transactions, including those to support management buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions, and business expansion.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in joining a firm with a truly international platform in order to service their clients globally and develop new opportunities. The firm has strong leadership, which has proved over the last few years to be highly effective both in terms of turnover and culture.
