Your key responsibilities as Restaurant Team Member include:

  1. Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times.
  2. Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers.
  3. Attempting to resolve simple customer inquiries and referring difficult customer inquiries to a Manager.
  4. Ensuring food is prepared and stored, and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards.
  5. Carrying out temperature checks and recording as per company process.
  6. Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart.
  7. Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  8. Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions.
  9. Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant to ensure your actions contribute towards achieving them.
  10. Maintaining operational & kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort & convenience expectations, including the restocking of workstations.
  11. Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries, and illnesses as soon as possible.
  12. Following correct procedures and reasonable instructions, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed.
