Your Role

1. Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customers
2. Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
3. Handle customer enquiries, process quotes and sales orders
4. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
5. Revive dormant customer accounts

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

1 in 4 weeks home-based late shift:

1. Monday & Tuesday: 14:00 - 22:00
2. Wednesday & Thursday: 16:00 - 22:00
3. Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

What We're Looking For

1. Experience in a similar role (Account Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Order Processor)
2. A confident, engaging telephone manner
3. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
4. Accuracy and attention to detail
5. Computer literate - proficient in MS Office
