Job description

Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Clacton-on-Sea

Basic Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE

OTE: Between £50,000 - £60,000+ per annum

Shift and Schedule: Trading hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday & 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday. 5 out of 7 days working pattern.

  2. Assisting customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and offering insights into product features.
  3. Maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organised shopping environment.
  4. Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  5. Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
  6. Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
  7. Creating a welcoming environment where exceptional customer service is paramount.
  8. Driving results by consistently meeting targets and KPIs.
  9. Leading by example and motivating your team members.
  10. Bringing fresh ideas and expertise to the table with strong communication skills.
Successful Applicant:
