Job description

Clearfield are recruiting an assistant contracts manager for a growing family run main contractor covering projects across London.

Initially, the role will be to support an experienced contracts manager with operational functions including covering sites, liaising with subcontractors, and organizing relevant paperwork associated with each project throughout its life.

The ideal candidate will have construction experience in a similar role. Any knowledge of residential design & build and JCT contracts would be advantageous.

Due to head office location and the need for site visits, own transport will be required.

A majority of projects thereafter are based within M25, so there will be a need to be flexible with commuting.

The role will be on a permanent basis.
