Founding SDR – Shape the Future of Sales with The Humble Sale

Now, we’re looking for a Founding SDR to take the lead on outreach, book high-quality appointments, and help shape the future of The Humble Sale.

Important: This is a results-based role

Rather than a traditional salary, you’ll receive a percentage of all revenue from meetings you book that turn into sales. As the business grows, there is potential for this to evolve into a more structured position with a bigger role in the company.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactive outreach to Sales Leaders, CEOs, and decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Identifying potential customers for our Playbook and Talent Acquisition Services.
  • Booking qualified meetings for Ben Gaston (Founder) and our recruitment specialist.
  • Representing The Humble Sale with authenticity, confidence, and professionalism.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A self-sufficient, proactive mindset – this is for people who like to take ownership.
  • Strong communication skills – confident, persuasive, and credible in outreach.
  • A genuine belief in The Humble Sale and our mission.
  • Resilience and determination – comfortable with rejection and persistent in driving results.
  • A UK or US based location with access to the internet via a laptop and mobile phone.
