Location: Milton Keynes

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead and manage key projects, providing technical support and driving business success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative rail projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support new and existing projects within the rail industry, working closely with business departments and clients.
• Prepare proposals, technical reports, project plans, and documentation.
• Manage engineering changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry and company standards.
• Work collaboratively with teams across Engineering, Commercial, and Production to enhance workstreams.
• Monitor and track project metrics, identifying trends and improvements.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance by supporting audits, investigations, and reporting.
• Travel to customer and supplier sites as required to support project development.

About You:

• Experience in the rail industry is preferred.
• Strong project management and engineering experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in IT and software tools to support project control and documentation.
