MHI Media Is Hiring: AI-Driven Creative Strategist

MHI Media is a performance-obsessed digital marketing agency that blends high-impact creative with data-driven strategy. We scale brands through paid media, CRO, email marketing, and in-house content production — and now, we’re ready to level up our creative strategy team with someone who knows how to think like a creative director and work like an AI-native.

We’re looking for a visionary Creative Strategist who’s fluent in both cultural insight and GPT-powered ideation.

Who You Are:

You're a creative strategist with a curious mind, a sharp eye for what converts, and a knack for using AI tools like GPT-4o to supercharge your creative process. You get excited about turning scroll-stopping concepts into high-performing ads, and you believe great ideas are part instinct, part iteration — and part prompt.

What You’ll Do:

  1. AI-Augmented Ideation: Use tools like GPT-4o to generate creative concepts, sharpen messaging, and even create ad-ready copy and visuals — then refine it all with strategic thinking.
  2. UGC-Ready Scripting & Briefs: Write compelling creative briefs and brand-aligned scripts that help creators deliver high-performance content across platforms.
  3. Performance-Driven Thinking: Dive into TikTok, Meta, and YouTube ad data to find what’s working — and evolve creative strategy based on real insights.
  4. Trend-Hunting & Cultural Fluency: Keep your finger on the pulse of social trends, meme culture, and emerging formats — and know how to turn them into test-worthy concepts.
  5. Client-Ready Creativity: Craft copy and creative ideas that clients can actually approve — and that hit KPIs once they’re live.

You Might Be the One If:

  • You already use ChatGPT, Midjourney, or other AI tools in your creative work.
  • You’ve written or briefed winning ad campaigns across paid social.
  • You think like a strategist, write like a copywriter, and brief like a creative director.
  • You can balance bold creative with practical execution — and you love when data proves you right.
  • You’re detail-obsessed, collaborative, and don’t ghost feedback.

What We’re Not Looking For:

  • A pure creative who’s resistant to data or new tech.
  • Someone who won’t adapt or test new creative formats.
  • Anyone who ignores the small details that drive big results.

The Details:

  • Location: Bristol Office, Hybrid Work.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 40 hours/week
  • Compensation: £38-48k DOE + commission (£10–20k+ expected first year)
  • Impact: You'll play a key role in scaling client campaigns with fast-turnaround, high-converting creative.
