As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be a key part of our luxurious spa experience, delivering exceptional treatments tailored to each guest’s needs. With a deep understanding of wellness and a passion for holistic care, you will lead by example, ensuring every guest leaves feeling rejuvenated and valued. Your expertise and attention to detail will uphold the highest standards of service, creating a sanctuary of relaxation and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert massage, facial, and body treatments to the highest luxury standards.
• Consult with guests to personalize treatments and recommend wellness programs.
• Lead by example, mentoring junior therapists and supporting training initiatives.
• Maintain a serene, welcoming environment, ensuring all spa areas are immaculate.
• Stay up to date with the latest wellness trends, techniques, and luxury spa products.

About You

• Certified spa therapist with experience in a luxury spa, wellness centre, or five-star hotel.
• Expertise in a variety of treatments, including massage, facials, and holistic therapies.
• Passionate about wellness, guest care, and delivering transformative experiences.
• A natural mentor with leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a tranquil atmosphere.
