As a CX Associate, you must be based and working in the UK at all times, operating from your dedicated home workspace. In this role, you will support our clients by answering calls, responding to live chats, booking appointments, and taking messages.
As well as providing stellar service to our UK-based clients, you’ll also have the opportunity to support our clients across the US and Canada.

We have several positions available for this self-scheduling role, where you will select your own shifts based on business needs and availability. The position requires a minimum of 32 hours per week, including at least 5 hours every Saturday. You will begin employment on Monday, May 5th, 2025.
