Are you a recent graduate with a passion for supporting children's learning and development? We are seeking enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join primary school settings across Bradford.

Role Overview:

1. Provide classroom and SEN support in Early Years to Key Stage 2.
2. Work 1:1 with pupils who are below expected levels.
3. Support children with additional learning needs.
4. Promote positive behaviour management.
5. Help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

Degree in a childcare-related field (e.g., Psychology, Criminology, Child & Adolescent Mental Health, Education, etc.). Confident, proactive, and passionate about working with children. Strong behaviour management skills. A nurturing and supportive approach to learning.
