Conveyancing Fee Earner

One of the largest firms in the West Midlands is looking to add a conveyancing fee earner to their growing residential property team. My client are looking for a fee earner, CILEx, CLC or solicitor to join their team and take on a varied caseload whilst focussing on providing a top client service.

My client are looking for a conveyancer that is capable of handling most conveyancing transactional matters with minimal supervision, but are able to provide excellent 121 training on more complex matters, whilst also providing clear, transparent career development plans.

The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Lease Extensions
• Transfers
• Equity release
• New Builds
• First Registration

This is a fantastic opportunity to get a varied caseload and the chance to get the training required to become a truly rounded conveyancer. My client are looking for candidates of NQ level, to around 2 years PQE, but experienced fee earning unqualified candidates with the right experience will also be considered.

Salary: £35000 - £42000 depending on experience
