Chief Financial Officer

Thankz seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial CFO to oversee financial strategy, fundraising, and operations on behalf of a client. This position is ideal for a high-achieving professional with 8-12 years of experience and a strong background in real estate finance, DeFi, blockchain, or fintech.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
2. Lead fundraising efforts to support growth and innovation.
3. Develop financial strategies that align with tokenized real estate solutions.
4. Lead cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency.
5. Serve as a leader in integrating traditional finance with blockchain technology.

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. 8-12 years of experience in finance, ideally in fintech, DeFi, blockchain, and venture capital, ideally combined with real estate finance.
3. Proven success in fundraising, scaling businesses, and financial strategy.
4. Remote work experience in US markets.
5. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of leading high-growth projects.
7. London-based or willing to relocate, with US market experience preferred.
