Job Description

CFP Qualified Financial Planner, Financial Services

  • Develop, manage, and maintain a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Provide comprehensive and expert financial planning advice to clients on pensions, ISAs, JIAs, and Investment Bonds.
  • You will be responsible for adding clients to the firm's portfolio to maximize revenue.
  • Stay abreast of market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Regularly review client portfolios and recommend changes when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in new business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFP Qualified Financial Planner should have:

  • A certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is essential with their own small client book.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning with the ability to expertly advise on pensions, ISAs, JIAs, and Investment Bonds.
  • Experience of Employee Benefits for the company's corporate clientele would be a bonus.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing a diverse client portfolio.
  • Proficiency in using financial planning software.
