Job description

About Us

We are Unbiased, the UK’s leading growth solution for financial advisers, mortgage brokers, and accountants. We connect consumers through our marketplace with trusted advisers who provide clear, impartial advice tailored to individual circumstances. With over 10M consumer enquiries every year coming through our match-flow, we actively seek new FCA-regulated partners to join the Unbiased Pro platform.

We’re driven by a strong vision to transform how individuals approach their most important choices. At Unbiased, you’ll be part of a team of smart, motivated people who share this belief. It’s a dynamic, ambitious environment where we’re trusted to get things done while having fun along the way.

About the role

We’re experiencing rapid growth and expansion, and we're looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our successful sales team. Your primary purpose will be to sell our SaaS product to mid-level financial services firms.

As a Sales Manager at Unbiased, you’ll need to bring determination, focus, and a strong desire to make an impact while helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing team and business, where your ideas will be valued. You'll have the chance to contribute to shaping our sales strategy and play a key individual contributor role in driving our growth forward.

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…

The full outbound motion: you will be responsible for driving your own success through prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing your pipeline to achieve your monthly targets. You’ll also have field marketing support to help you meet your quota.

To succeed, you’ll need…

  • A strong sense of curiosity and willingness to adapt.
  • Mid-market or enterprise sales experience (ACV of £50K-£150K).
  • To enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment, be comfortable with ambiguity, and able to organise and prioritise work independently.
  • The ability to quickly build strong relationships and cultivate deep trust, allowing you to effectively persuade and influence decision-making.
  • To be committed to self-development, whether independently or with your team.

Our Shared Values...

  • Be relentless about progress - working at pace to solve problems, navigate around blockers, and prioritise company OKRs.
  • Own it and get it done – taking ownership of your projects, involving the right people at the right time, and making meaningful contributions.
  • Share and seek input – proactive in seeking and acting upon feedback, being open, sharing knowledge, and proactively communicating.
  • Enjoy the journey – Ensuring cross-team collaboration and proactively celebrating achievements of your peers.

How we’ll take care of you:

  • Investment in your Development: Alongside in-house training, you’ll be allocated a generous yearly allowance to invest in your career development.
  • Investment in your Wellbeing: Your wellbeing is a top priority for us, and you’ll benefit from an annual wellbeing allowance. We have arranged for Private Medical Insurance for extra peace of mind for you and your family.
  • Social Events: We’re a social bunch, so you can expect plenty of activities based in and around our vibrant office in the heart of Farringdon.

The Usual Benefits:

  • Holiday: You’ll be allocated plenty of holiday to ensure that you have enough time to recharge; work-life balance is super important to us here (you’ll also have your birthday off as paid annual leave!).
  • Hybrid working: We understand the importance of a good work-life balance; therefore, you'll be expected to be in the office just 2 days per week with the option to work remotely on the other days. You also have the opportunity to ‘work from anywhere’ for 2 weeks a year.
  • Pension: You’ll be able to save via a salary sacrifice scheme, with Unbiased contributing above the minimum required amount, subject to banded earnings.
  • Private Medical Insurance: You can add your dependents and spouse.
  • Life insurance.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
