This permanent role offers a competitive salary range and the chance to be a vital part of their Corporate and Commercial team.
- Draft a variety of corporate and commercial documents and agreements
- Update company books and statutory registers, including submitting filings to Companies House
- Conduct research to address any legal issues that arise
- Carry out administrative tasks such as opening files, conducting client due diligence, and preparing documents
- Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders, both remotely and in person
- A strong academic background and, if appropriate, the completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or an equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work with and adopt new technologies and innovations
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and experience with legal research tools (e.g., Practical Law, LexisNexis)
