Working as part of the UK SOF, OF Europe team and working closely with the Category Development and Marketing Manager, these would be some of your main responsibilities:

  1. Help develop & implement best in class eCommerce conversion marketing plans to grow Biscoff sales across SB, SS, IC & CF across UK retailers including eTailers e.g., Ocado but excluding Amazon.
  2. Build, maintain & develop a UK SOF Biscoff Digital Activation Toolkit which identifies the most appropriate & cost-effective .com “Conversion to Purchase” strategies & tactics for each customer e.g., Paid Search, Banner Ads.
  3. Manage all Retail Media Digital Marketing Activation providers e.g., dh, Citrus.
  4. Working alongside Retail NAMs, help build & deploy the perfect e-Store within customer remit.
  5. Manage all aspects of BrandBank.
  6. Be responsible for flawless, end to end individual eCommerce campaign planning, management & execution.
  7. Build & maintain a comprehensive eCommerce PCA Performance Insights library.
  8. Manage all aspects of virtual eCommerce investment budget across NAM/Marketing budgets.

Profile

  1. Best in class, continuous, digital marketing experience on challenger/small to medium FMCG brand.
  2. Min 3-5 years practical hands-on experience of eCommerce & digital activation.
  3. Extensive, hands-on experience with min x2 top 7 FMCG retailers.
  4. Passion for FMCG.
  5. “Constantly curious” mindset.
  6. Exceptionally talented organizational skills.
  7. Excellent communicator with proven & solid presentation skills to retailers/internal senior personnel.
  8. Experience working with a fast-paced, challenging business environment.
  9. Ability to adapt with constant change & unforeseen challenges in a positive, “can do” way.

Competence profile:

- Comply with required competencies linked to Lotus Bakeries’ Leadership Competence model.

Specific knowledge:

- Highly advanced user of all key eCommerce activation platforms e.g., Citrus.

- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint).

  2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  3. Thrives working within a highly networked team.
  4. Experience of working with/influencing European colleagues advantageous.

Education (degree):

This role will be expected to travel to customer meetings at head offices throughout the UK. The role is based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
