We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Life Coach for Students. This part-time, remote position offers the opportunity to empower students to overcome challenges, set meaningful goals, and thrive academically and personally. No previous experience is required; we welcome candidates who are passionate about supporting students in their journey to success.

Tasks

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions with students via online platforms, offering guidance and support in various areas of life including academic, personal, and career development.
• Help students identify their strengths, values, and goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Assist students in building confidence, resilience, and effective study habits to navigate challenges and reach their full potential.
• Offer mentorship and advice on time management, stress management, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• Foster a supportive and non-judgmental coaching relationship that promotes growth, self-awareness, and self-empowerment.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer with video conferencing capabilities.
• Enthusiasm for personal development and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in coaching practice.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs and goals of each student.
