The Nexus Programme (Payroll Transformation – powered by Workday) focuses on fixing payroll by integrating off-system processes, repairing broken integrations, and building new ones to create standardized, automated payroll operations that consistently achieve 99% accuracy. We aim to power our future by implementing standardized end-to-end processes, enabling workflow and automation to reduce complexity, enhance data quality, and ensure better process visibility and scalability.

What you'll be doing:
As the Payroll Sub Workstream Lead, you’ll play a key role in the Nexus program, ensuring payroll processes across all countries are accurate, efficient, and well-designed. You’ll use your payroll expertise to guide decisions, making sure processes are clear, practical, and avoid unnecessary manual work. A big part of your role will be keeping payroll teams updated, helping them understand the changes, and supporting them in adopting new ways of working. Flexibility will be important as your responsibilities may shift to meet new priorities.
What you'll bring to the team:
You’ll bring a strong understanding of current payroll processes, including compliance with regulations, and a clear grasp of the challenges and dependencies involved. You’ll be confident in making decisions, challenging where needed, and providing expert input to improve ways of working. With solid stakeholder management skills and industry knowledge, you’ll help identify and implement changes effectively. As a program ambassador, you’ll support and motivate the team to achieve success together.

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
