We’re looking for a General Manager for a seasonal premium hotel. Salary up to £45k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Penhelig Arms, originally a collection of fisherman’s cottages, now a jewel of Welsh hospitality, overlooks the stunning vista which was, at one time the ship building harbour, surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park.
The Penhelig is a very seasonal site and attracts tourists from all over the UK in the summer months, built in 1750, nearly all of the hotels fourteen bedrooms have fabulous sea views of the Dyfi estuary. The Penhelig has a great reputation locally, with ample parking for guests and stunning views from the beer garden.

What hours would I need to work?
As the General Manager of your pub, you’ll be required to work at peak trading times which involves evenings & weekends, as well as peak trading days such as bank holidays & the festive period.

What is my bonus based on?
Your quarterly bonus is based on sales uplift vs budget, Reputation score & Employee Engagement. Your annual bonus scheme is based on sales & profit performance vs budget.
