Our client, an established and prestigious estate manager and developer, is seeking a Lettings Coordinator. The role will provide administrative resident support to the letting team whilst always ensuring the highest level of customer service with internal teams, external stakeholders, clients and tenants.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
Dealing with letting enquiries from prospective and existing tenants
Arranging and carrying out viewings
Preparing new properties for marketing
Data input and residential tenancy administrative duties
Managing and updating our residential key security system
Organising and coordinating team events and socials
Maintaining good relationships with tenants and contractors
Assisting the head of lettings management with admin tasks
