Job Vacancy: Advanced Practitioner
Location: Midlands & South (Wolverhampton, Thrapston, Northampton, High Wycombe)
Contract: Permanent/Full Time
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Car Allowance

A permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to drive teaching excellence in an alternative provision setting. This role is ideal for an innovative educator with leadership skills, a passion for inclusive learning, and a strong commitment to transforming student outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualifications: Hold QTS/QTLS and a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • Experience: A proven track record of engaging students, curriculum development, and working with students with SEN or disrupted education.
  • Leadership: Experience leading a subject, delivering CPD, or coaching colleagues to improve professional practice.
  • Behaviour Management: Strong strategies for creating a positive and structured learning environment.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to build relationships with students, parents, and external agencies.
  • Additional Desirables: Ofsted inspection experience and familiarity with virtual learning environments.
