Job Description

As a Betting Cashier you will be responsible for delivering top customer service and driving standards on a daily basis.

Reporting to the Betting Supervisor you will be part of the Betting Office Team, who will be serving customers and building a rapport.

What you will do

• Process customer transactions including cash handling.
• Open, operate and close the Tote terminal to provide instant and diligent service to customers at both booths or tables offering a table service as required.
• Carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Betting Supervisor.
• Ensure the Think 25 policy is adhered to at all times.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our stadia.
• A passion for delivering great customer service!
• Enjoy building strong relationships and can communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Happy to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
