Home Instead Tyne Valley are rapidly growing with full time and part time hours available. We are looking for a caring person to support clients in and around the Corbridge area.

We’re looking for Care Professionals who are caring, compassionate and reliable. As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients keep their independence within their own home.

Care Professional Benefits:
  • Excellent pay rates: from £13.00 per hour, plus enhanced bank holiday rates.
  • Full time and part time hours available: Whether you prefer a couple of hours per week in the evening, weekend or if you are looking for full time, we can accommodate your availability.
  • Minimum 1 hour calls: We are different from other care companies and organisations by spending a minimum of 1 hour per client visits to ensure they receive the best possible care.
  • Refer a friend scheme: If you refer a friend to work with us, you'll receive a bonus if they stay within the role for 3 months.
  • Mileage and travel time: Up to 45p per mile.

Care Professional Responsibilities:

Being a Carer is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.

Duties can include:

  • Companionship: Ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
  • Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping.
  • Personal care: Supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
Qualifications:

Due to the nature of the role, you must have a driving licence and access to reliable transport as you may be required to assist a client to an appointment or to enable them to continue with a hobby or interest.

No previous experience is necessary as training is provided.
