About the Role
Working 12noon - 4pm Monday to Friday, you'll be instrumental in creating a supportive, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular welfare checks and responding to resident needs
- Managing daily resident support services
- Maintaining detailed digital records and documentation
- Coordinating with healthcare professionals, families, and contractors
- Implementing health and safety protocols
- Managing safeguarding procedures and reporting
