Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards
2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

5. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of students
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
7. Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on student performance and progress

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
3. Proven experience teaching English in a primary or secondary school setting
4. Excellent knowledge of the English curriculum and the ability to tailor lessons accordingly
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
7. Passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment
8. Good organizational and time management skills
9. Flexibility and adaptability in response to the needs of students and the school
10. Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one
