Production Operator

We are seeking Temporary Packing and Production Operators to join a global organisation, working either the early shift (6:00am – 2:15pm) or late shift (2:00pm – 10:15pm), Monday to Friday. This Packing and Production Operative role is based within a sterile production and packaging environment and requires adherence to strict GMP guidelines and SOPs. Full training will be provided. You will be responsible for packing products with precision and maintaining a high level of quality control.

Pay Rates:

Early Shift (6:00am – 2:15pm): £11.86 per hour + 10% shift allowance = £13.05 per hour

Late Shift (2:00pm – 10:15pm): £11.86 per hour + 22% shift allowance = £14.47 per hour

Location: Horsham

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Note: Access to own transport is required due to the location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing specific products efficiently and accurately according to instructions.
• Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products.
• Maintaining high levels of productivity while meeting all quality standards.
• Adhering to all safety and quality guidelines, ensuring product integrity at all times.
• Completing tasks within set KPIs and customer specifications.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience of working within a production environment/machine operation.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Access to own transport due to the location of the facility.
