What You'll Do:

1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the UK Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to provide commercial and deal support.
2. Team Empowerment: Recruit, lead, and motivate finance, procurement, and HR teams to achieve KPIs and meet deadlines.
3. Financial Planning: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
4. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Group reporting requirements and manage statutory reporting, including UK Statutory Accounts and tax returns.
5. M&A Integration: Handle the financial integration of new mergers and acquisitions within the UK.
6. Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring robust cash flow forecasting.

What They're Looking For:

1. Qualifications: Degree-level education or equivalent experience, fully qualified member of a chartered accountancy body.
2. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proactive, positive attitude.
3. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, excellent time management, and effective stakeholder management.
4. Personal Attributes: Team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong work ethic, analytical mindset, and focused on continuous improvement.
