Being a Bank Worker will give you the opportunity to experience different ward areas and identify areas of expertise or specialties which you enjoy.

You decide where you would like to work and the shifts that suit your individual needs, based on shift availability. These will be at Moseley Hall Hospital, West Heath Hospital, and our Intermediate Care Centres, covering 24 hours 7 days per week.

  2. Contributing to the moving and handling of patients to maximize their physical comfort and to enhance their rehabilitation and independence.
  3. Ensuring that all visitors to the ward are approached in a helpful and welcoming manner and referred to the most appropriate person to answer their query.
  4. Respecting the diverse cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences of patients, promoting equality in care and service delivery.

We deliver over 100 clinical services, out in people's homes and in over 200 healthcare settings for adults, children, people with learning disabilities, those with rehabilitation needs, and also dental services. One of our key objectives is to be a great place to work, enabling everyone within the organization to be the best that they can be.
