We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter!

The ideal candidate will excel in this position by successfully aiding recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients' needs by matching clients with the company's recruiting needs. The candidate must be able to source and qualify leads that meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and qualify candidates
• Manage the client's needs and expectations
• Bring on new business
• Maintain strong relationships in the market
• Work to improve recruitment efficiency

Qualifications

• Must have 360 Recruitment Experience
