Role Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will play a key role in expanding the firm's investor network and supporting capital-raising efforts for real estate investment opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying and engaging institutional investors, family offices, and wealth managers to promote real estate investment opportunities.
  2. Managing and nurturing long-term relationships with investors, understanding their needs and investment strategies.
  3. Assisting in the development of fundraising strategies and executing targeted outreach campaigns.
  4. Preparing and delivering compelling investor presentations and marketing materials.
  5. Coordinating with internal teams and investment managers to structure and present investment opportunities effectively.
  6. Representing the firm at industry events, investor meetings, and networking functions to build new relationships and market visibility.

Role Requirements

  1. Experience in real estate sales, capital raising, investor relations, or placement agent services.
  2. Strong understanding of real estate investment products and private capital markets.
  3. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other key stakeholders.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Based in London, with flexibility to travel as required.
