Randstad Education are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors for a range of roles across North Wales. Opportunities range from day-to-day supply to long-term posts. Previous experience working in Education is an advantage. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver lessons planned by the class teacher in their absence
2. Ensure that pupils stay focused and motivated during lessons
3. Manage behaviour in line with the school's behaviour management policy
4. Provide additional support with lunch and break duties where needed
5. Report any safeguarding concerns to the ALNCo

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any subject
2. Previous experience working in Education or similar role
3. Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness)
4. EWC registration (or willingness)
5. Welsh speaker (desirable)
