A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Senior Town Planner to join an independent fast-growing Town Planning consultancy in the Milton Keynes area. With over 30 years' collective experience, we are looking for a successful candidate to be at a Senior level or looking for a step up in their career with private sector experience.

Working across England and Wales, my client is currently engaged in a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, rural, mixed-use, retail, and more!

Minimum Requirements:

1. MSc within the Town Planning sector
2. Member of the RTPI
3. Ideally private consultancy experience and public sector experience
4. Strong communication skills
5. Strong written skills

2. Planning appeals
3. Planning obligations
4. Building consent applications
