Influx Search has partnered with a leading provider of advanced membrane technology for sustainable water treatment. Their mission is to deliver clean, affordable water while minimising environmental impact.

As part of a global expansion project, we’re on the lookout for a UK Sales Manager to help drive business growth and expand presence in the UK market.

What’s the job?

We need a results-driven sales professional with experience in water treatment and membrane filtration. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships and identifying market opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing business with industrial and water-related OEM partners.
  • Managing relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and creating sales models based on local regulations.
  • Building strategic relationships with OEM partners, consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Providing technical support to stakeholders.
  • Representation at exhibitions and industry events.

What do we need from you?
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in international sales within water treatment or membrane filtration.
  • Proven track record of selling high-value solutions in industrial and municipal markets.
  • Experience working with agents, OEM partners and business development teams.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
