Key Responsibilities

1. Overseeing daily production activities and ensuring operational efficiency.
2. Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise productivity and resource allocation.
3. Managing logistics, supply chain, and global shipping, while establishing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
4. Ensuring product quality through robust quality management and assurance processes.
5. Leading cross-departmental projects, managing budgets, deadlines, and responding to operational challenges.

Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience in operations or production management within a manufacturing or engineering environment (minimum 5 years).
2. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to make decisions, solve problems, and lead a team.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
4. A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Technical knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and workforce planning.
