Job: UX/UI Designer

Salary: Up to 32k (DOE)

Location: Northampton (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

1. Design intuitive, user-centred interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
2. Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals.
4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas.
5. Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and industry best practices.

Skills:

1. Minimum 2 years' experience.
2. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
3. Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
4. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
5. Knowledge of responsive and accessible design best practices.
6. Experience with user research and usability testing.
7. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML/CSS is a plus.
8. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
9. Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
