Cumming Management Group, a Cost and Project Management Consultancy within the construction industry, provides a wide range of services to clients spanning several different sectors.

Cumming Management Group are seeking to recruit a Senior Level Project Manager in our London office with demonstrable workspace/corporate occupier experience.

The role of this Senior Level Project Manager includes the following key responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership to Project Management and External Project team.
• Report to Global corporate business members on project status and seek decisions.
• Stakeholder engagement and management.
• Navigate and prioritise competing client interests.
• Document and advise on the project solution, charter, brief and strategy.
• Manage a controlled change process through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ideally degree qualified in real estate, construction, project and/or cost management, engineering or surveying.
• MAPM/MRICS or other equivalent qualification or experience.
