Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary/live-in care.
  • Working toward or achieved NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.

Job description

This is your opportunity to lead a reputable domiciliary care service in Bradford. They are a truly great company because of their culture - with many longstanding team members across management, office, and care staff roles!


The successful applicant will be fully supported by an experienced Service Manager - ensuring a smooth induction into the company and ongoing guidance.


What's on offer:
  1. £35,000-£42,000.
  2. 28 days annual leave.
  3. No expectation of on-call duties.
  4. Daily support from senior management.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
  1. To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the branch, reporting into the Director.
  2. To prioritise maintaining strong relationships with the local Council.
  3. To be organised and confident in generating new business opportunities by making calls, networking, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and other referral sources.
  4. To manage clients' care plans and to be responsible for ensuring safety and high standards for their ongoing care.
  5. To address any complaints or concerns from clients in a professional and timely manner.
  6. To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
  7. To manage the business' compliance.
  8. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards.

Registered Manager Requirements:
  1. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary/live-in care.
  2. Must be working toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
  3. Must have a UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
