HR Administrator / PA

Office based in Swindon, SN2 8BW

Full time 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Permanent Position

Our client supports vulnerable children and young people helping them on their pathway to adulthood and independence. They use a person-centred collaborative approach that fosters integrity, trust, dignity, and respect which enables the children and young people in their care to flourish.

As their HR Office Administrator / PA, you'll be at the heart of their operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From managing recruitment campaigns to supporting the Senior Management team with Ofsted and CQC compliance, you'll play a vital role in their success. Acting as PA for the Directors, you'll have a hand in every aspect of the business, from HR to finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer the HR function from placing adverts to onboarding.
  2. Provide PA support to the Directors.
  3. Coordinate administrative functions effectively.
  4. Maintain efficient office operations.
  5. Manage communications and correspondence.
  6. Organise meetings and appointments.
