  • Training, Development & Mentoring of less experienced colleagues across the business to help them grow.
  • To continually develop own skills and capability to be the best that you can, and in line with Licence to Grade requirements.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience within Commercial Motor and/or Commercial Property & Liability underwriting.
  • Ability to handle complex risks and technical referrals, supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.
  • Ability to lead Broker partner discussions with confidence in order to yield a win-win outcome.
  • Excellent communication, time management & negotiating skills.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Salary of up to £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - Competitive % of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
