Role(s): x1 Staff Full Stack / Backend Engineer

Salary range: 160K (GBP)

EU/UK remote

Current team size: x5 engineers & x2 designers

x1 Full Stack Engineer required on a permanent basis for an early stage AI FinTech startup that will reshape the world's first open-source for T1 banks, replacing legacy monolithic cores with a modern, AI-enabled platform. They've raised a seed round, aiming to secure Series A investment by the end of this year and onto becoming a unicorn!

Essentials for Staff role:

• 8+ years Full Stack / Backend leaning experience - Golang
• Leadership experience on projects (no management)
• Experience working in start ups & fast paced environments.
• Product / business minded.
• Excited by AI / LLMs

Essentials outside of technical:

• 3 days on site in London
• Experience in the FinTech space and working with start-ups
• Encouraged to use AI in their day-to-day work
