The role will be working closely with colleagues within the Learning and Organisational Development (L& OD) team, to support delivery of our strategic objectives.
Job Type: This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. (We are also open to having discussions around flexible/agile working.)

- Identify and implement new methods and technology that aid learning effectiveness.
- Research best practice in OD within and external to the NHS.
- Utilising and developing approaches that support sustainability in OD interventions.
- Collation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative feedback to support ongoing improvement to service delivery.
- Supporting with the design and delivery of OD, culture, and EDI programmes.
- L& D needs analysis.
- Prepare project reports on L& D and OD activity undertaken.

The post holder will be responsible for: The design, delivery and evaluation of leadership and management development programmes and OD interventions. Research best practice in learning and organisational development both within and external to the NHS. Supporting organisation-wide OD projects as required. The role requires someone with an understanding and utilisation or organisational development and training methodology, who knows how to design and deliver high quality interventions that incorporate a range of development, approaches, in order to support individual, team and ultimately organisational objectives and priorities.

Person SpecificationInterview ShortlistingEssential- Organisational development or L& D qualification, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of leadership and OD theories and principles
- Experience of developing the consultancy cycle

- Report writing, data analysis and developing presentations
- Ability to influence a range of stakeholders at all levels
Desirable- CIPD qualified
- Accredited for tools/psychometric (e.g. Insights, 360 HCLM)
- Coaching accreditation
