An excellent opportunity for a Production Operative to join our market leading family-owned business based in the heart of Shropshire, founded on an ethos of providing solutions for safer roads.

This opportunity is days only, Monday to Friday, No shifts.

Job summary for a Moulding Operative:

Carry out production tasks in a safe manner to achieve your targets (Quality, delivery, cost and efficiency) while operating within the Company policies and procedures.

Always personally set a good example of behaviour and commitment to the company.

Key roles of a Moulding Operative:

• Loading mould tools
• Loading oven
• Trimming finished product
• Routing joint line
• Basic tool frame and oven maintenance

• Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Team Player: Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
