Job Title: Manual QA Tester - Hybrid / Yorkshire

Location: Yorkshire office - Twice a week

Salary/Rate: Up to £520 a day

Start Date: March

Job Type: 6 Month Contract (with scope to extend)

Company Introduction

We are looking for a Manual QA Tester, ideally with some Automation experience for our client based in Yorkshire. Any knowledge of Java / Selenium would be an advantage. Knowledge of JIRA is a must.

• Knowledge of process improvement
• Knowledge of the software development process

• Knowledge of QA testing methodologies
• Verbal skills - ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers

• Basic project management skills
• Good time management skills
• Automation Knowledge
• Testing Strategies and Frameworks
• Quality Engineering concepts
• Ability to develop Test cases and Scripts
• Exposure to automation tools
• Scrum and Agile Methodologies
• Product Testing & analysis
