An established industry player is seeking a Head of Client Services to play a strategic role in managing client relationships and driving growth. About our Clubs
Our clubs are autonomous business units with their own P&L and clients aligned to this. Our people have skills across Data, Delivery, Product, Software Development and Experience Design. As a club, we are responsible for growing our clients to ensure that we are driving value into our clients at every opportunity through the suite of services offered by AND Digital.
About You
As a Head of Client Services you will hold a strategic and pivotal role; accountable for building relationships between our Club and its clients in London. The role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (reporting to the Club Exec) and is the owner of the client account plan and responsible for growth in the business unit.
