About Our Client

Our client is a global professional manufacturing business based across 2 sites with approx 250 employees.

Job Description

  • Partner 2 sites for all aspects of HR
  • Lead and manage the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Be able to travel to Redditch weekly as part of the role
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field - desired
  • Proven working experience in Human Resources role in industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and judgement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR related tools.
