The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Operations & Business Intelligence Manager to support our sales teams and leadership by improving sales processes, reporting, and business intelligence tools. This role is key in ensuring real-time sales insights, aligning reporting across brands, and streamlining operations to drive growth and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

1. Optimize sales tracking & reporting to improve performance
2. Manage Salesforce & data systems to support sales operations
3. Standardize business intelligence tools across multiple brands
4. Identify inefficiencies & drive process improvements in sales workflows
5. Train sales teams on dashboards and reporting tools
6. Support customer meetings related to operational performance
7. Collaborate with leadership to align business strategies with data insights

What We’re Looking For

1. Education: Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
2. Experience: Background in Salesforce, ERP systems (SAP, AX, Syteline), and data visualization (Power BI)
3. Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver with a proactive mindset
4. Communication: Comfortable working across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
5. Languages: Fluent in English (Dutch, German, or French is a plus)
