About The Role

This business is looking for a Sales & Partnership Manager to manage full sales cycles, manage a portfolio of warm leads through upselling & key account management for brand new client prospects & warm leads.

Typically looking for candidates that have a mixture of Affiliate Marketing/Performance Marketing experience as well as a key background in Sales. Generating new sales & upselling/skilling warm prospect clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for driving sales growth across your portfolio of brands with a focus on Performance Marketing.
  • Develop, build, and maintain strong strategic relationships with major UK retailers, affiliate networks, and agencies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify and track a pipeline of target clients, establish effective communication channels, and drive sales conversion.
  • Confidently and articulately convey our value proposition to retailers and affiliate networks and negotiate best in market deals and discounts for our customers.
  • Exceed your quarterly and annual revenue quota across both client-funded commission and advertising.
  • Lead and participate in presentations to clients and affiliate networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and lead product initiatives to maximize revenue whilst providing value for our customers.
  • Provide deep knowledge and insight to our internal teams to drive creative and long-term improvements to our platform offering.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a Sales and Partnerships role.
  • Proven track record of Performance Marketing, with experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Demonstrated success with building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experienced and skilled negotiator with a proven commercial track record.
  • Experience selling directly to brands with advertising budgets.
  • Track record of successfully carrying your own individual quota.
  • Base salary - £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • Bonus - between 10% to 20% commission - calculated via Take Rates.
  • Bonus on onboarding brand new client prospects.
  • Equity/Shares options after probation.
  • 3 days a week office-based hybrid pattern.
