ABOUT THE ROLE
We're embarking on an exciting new chapter! While our growth has primarily been driven organically by referrals, we're now looking to proactively expand our client base. This newly created role is pivotal in shaping our client acquisition strategy.
As our Sales Director, your focus will be on quality over quantity. You'll be tasked with identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective clients who align with our values and ethos. This role embodies our commitment to being customer-focused from the very first interaction.
We're looking for someone who will exemplify our people-led approach, and build strong, friendly, respectful relationships with prospects and accounts. This salaried position reflects our intention to attract an individual that is motivated to contribute and grow the business for long term success, rather than those primarily motivated by short term financial commissions.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with other departments, particularly marketing, to develop impactful sales strategies & materials and share valuable market insights. Your work will directly contribute to our missions of service excellence and being a beacon of progressive culture and good business practices to clients and other businesses.
